While we do not offer refunds on purchases unless specifically outlined in this policy, we’ve designed our approach to ensure that the value of your treatments continues to work for you. For these reasons, Silhouette Aesthetics upholds a strict no-refund policy, with very limited exceptions outlined below. Once a service has been purchased and rendered, it is non-refundable. However, to ensure satisfaction and flexibility, the unused value of any treatment package (based on the cash equivalent of remaining services) may be applied toward other services at Silhouette Aesthetics.
If you experience a documented allergic reaction, you may return the product within 7 days of purchase for in-store credit. If a product is found to be defective, it can be exchanged within 7 days for the same item.
Prescription Products
Due to federal regulations, prescription products are non-refundable and may not be exchanged. Please consult with your provider prior to purchasing.
Services Rendered
Once a treatment or service has been performed, it is non-refundable. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and results.
Unused Services or Packages
We do not offer refunds for unused services. Instead, the remaining value will be credited to your account for future use at Silhouette Aesthetics.
Using Your Credit
Credits can be applied toward any future treatment or service. They never expire and offer you full flexibility in how and when you use them.
Transferring Credit

Special Circumstances
If a service cannot be completed due to technical issues or unforeseen disruptions on our end, we’ll review the situation and determine a fair resolution.
Provider Transitions
We do not issue refunds due to changes in providers. However, we’ll do our best to ensure a smooth transition and continued quality of care with another member of our team.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if Silhouette Aesthetics is unable to provide the purchased service due to circumstances beyond our control. These cases will be reviewed individually.
